RTP Surveyors were instructed to provide dilapidations advice in advance of the client vacating leased industrial farm units. KEY CONSIDERATIONS
A detailed inspection of the buildings was undertaken alongside a review of the lease documentation and supporting information to assess repairing obligations. The condition of the premises was evaluated in relation to the tenant’s covenants and anticipated end-of-lease liabilities.

To support a comprehensive understanding of the property condition, drone survey techniques were utilised to inspect high-level and otherwise inaccessible areas. This enabled identification of defects that would not have been readily observable from ground level inspection alone.
