After an incredible 36 years with RTP Surveyors, we say farewell to Martin as he begins his retirement. Martin joined Richard Thomas as a Partner in 1990 and has been an important part of the practice throughout its growth and development. Over more than three decades, he contributed his expertise across all areas of the business, became a Director alongside Richard Collett and John Darbyshire, and, more recently, headed up RTP’s Party Wall department. Throughout his career, Martin has been known for his extensive knowledge, professionalism and willingness to share his expertise with colleagues. He has been an invaluable mentor and colleague to many at RTP, as well as a trusted professional to the clients and fellow consultants he has worked with over the years. Martin has been part of many chapters of RTP’s history, and his contribution to the practice has been significant. We are grateful for the 36 years of dedication and commitment he has given to RTP. Everyone at RTP wishes Martin a long, happy and well-earned retirement, and we thank him for being such an important part of the practice for so many years. Thank you Martin.
