Founded in 1986, RTP has grown from its beginnings into an established building surveying practice, with an ever-growing team working across Cornwall and beyond. Over the past four decades, the practice has evolved considerably, but our focus has remained the same: providing professional, practical advice and building long-standing relationships with our clients and fellow professionals. To mark the occasion, we brought together colleagues past and present to celebrate RTP’s history and the people who have helped shape the practice over the years. It was a chance to look back at how far RTP has come, share a few memories and, of course, raise a glass to the next chapter. We are grateful to everyone who has been part of RTP over the last 40 years, whether as a colleague, client, consultant or professional contact. Here’s to the next 40 years
