Details: Coastal residential property in South-East Cornwall (2008-2009)

RTP Surveyors designed and administered the contract for refurbishing this private home during 2008-2009, and subsequently lead improvements to the garden. This project incorporated obtaining the relevant permissions, including Planning consent and Building Control approval. As well as technical improvements, the refurbishment of the property has benefited from the retention of historic features whilst also allowing additional space to be opened up and utilised within the roof area. The provision of new roof lights allowed greater light levels to be achieved to the interior of the building, whilst the overall exterior image retained a compatible appearance to adjacent properties.

We were acting on behalf of the owners of the premises, who wished to update and improve their interesting terraced home. The garden improvements subsequently allowed the owners to take better advantage of their wonderful views.
