RTP Surveyors have had an ongoing client relationship with property managers Lanhams since 2001, during which time many projects to apartment blocks have been successfully completed. As technical advisers, RTP have provided ongoing advice for problems as they arise, which supports Lanhams with their general property management and holiday letting for these premises. RTP’s role has incorporated advice on prioritising and programming the maintenance works, specification of repairs and administration of general external redecorations, through to health and safety advice for substantial external repair projects.
