Andrew joined RTP in July 2008 having spent seven years with a local firm of surveyors. During part of this time he also studied for a Diploma in Surveying by correspondence through the College of Estate Management, based at Reading University. He brings a wealth of experience to the company in a wide range of General Practice surveying matters along with the valuation, sale and marketing of residential property ranging from cottages to country estates.
Andrew has a passion for buildings and construction which is complimented by a range of practical building skills, which he continues to develop as one of many hobbies. Having always lived in Falmouth, Andrew is delighted to have been successful in undertaking the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with RTP Surveyors. In describing himself, Andrew says he is “dedicated, practical and reasoned”.
