The Richard Thomas Partnership deals with the traditional cross section of building surveying work from Building Surveys to Schedules of Dilapidation, refurbishment, extension and repair of properties and full contract administration duties.

We could be described as being similar to architectural practices, however, we feel that we push the boundaries further as we deal with existing buildings, alterations, refurbishment, fire damage and regeneration across residential and commercial fields.
