After growing organically over the last 20 years we now have a team of 16 spread across our offices in Falmouth and Bodmin, where Richard’s fellow Partner, Martin Winchester, is based.

As a company we pride ourselves on our high standard of service, expertise and experience. This covers the traditional cross section of building surveying work from Building Surveys to Schedules of Dilapidation, refurbishment, extension and repair of properties and full contract administration duties.

Our Falmouth office has five Chartered Building Surveyors, two Graduate Surveyors and one Technical Surveyor. We are supported with our administration by a dedicated team of five.

The Bodmin practice has one qualified Surveyor and two graduate surveyors and one administration member.

As well as working on a exciting and varied projects we are also pleased to promote the fact that we won a Cornwall Buildings Group award for new build, as well as receiving commendations from the same group for other projects.

Our recent clients include First Bus plc, The National Trust, Penwith Housing Association, Gorsewood Securities Ltd, Superdrug plc, Legal and General Pension Fund, Bolitho Estate and the Duke of Somerset.
