Here at RTP, we are partial to a spot of fundraising for a good cause, picking a selection of charities across the year to focus on and collect for.
On Friday 13th March, we joined in with the 2015 Comic Relief effort. We wore red, baked red and played a special (and rather difficult) Red Nose Day quiz.
There were plenty of delicious red theme baked entries for us to sample.
After much cake consumption, Sue Smith’s raspberry and cream Victoria sponge was declared the best red bake.
Sue Wilton was chosen as the person who really had gone to town with the request to wear it red.
Even Harriet’s dog, Guinness, joined in.
We are both pleased and proud to have raised a wonderful £75.10 for the cause.
