They say time flies when you’re having fun and the last 25 years have certainly been very enjoyable for the team here at RTP.
Staff, past and present, together with their families joined founder and director, Richard Thomas, to mark the milestone with a special silver jubilee party at Trebah Gardens in Mawnan Smith.
It’s now 25 years since RTP Surveyors, or Richard G Thomas as it was known, started life.
There has been significant growth and development in the practice since that time. The team, past and present, has been an integral part of that so we decided to hold a party at Trebah to celebrate the achievement.
RTP is very much a family and it was great that so many husbands, wives, partners and children could come along as well.
It was also great to relive the adventures that have occurred over the years.
Since forming in 1986, we have worked throughout the South West, inspected over 10,000 properties and won several Cornwall Buildings Group awards.
We’ve also been recognised for our work on the Penryn Town Heritage Initiative (THI) scheme, which included the renovation and restoration work on the Kings Arms, Seven Stars and Masonic Lodge.
